Welcome to a slice of heaven by the beach. My husband and I fell in love with this floor plan as soon as we walked into it in 2014. We shared a dream of beach living and this seemed perfect for us.
This condo has been filled with good food, laughter, celebrations, friends, family and great moments for the past 7+ years. Sunrises, moonrises and everything in between have been spectacular.
If you worry about a beach location, we have never had damage from hurricanes and we felt even safer after installing the new windows and sliders. We did evacuate further inland for each major storm, when recommended; however, the condo was never without power for more than 23 hours. Since it in in a tourism area, there is a priority to get power established along A1A as quickly as possible.
We have spent hours on the balcony reading, listening to music, watching the beach activity and enjoying the constancy of the ocean. It is ever-changing and never disappoints.
If I love it so much, why am I leaving it? I am alone now and wish to go back to Orlando where I have family and friends. I'm moving into an independent living community that has 3 levels of care to meet all my needs in the years ahead. Orlando was my home for 25 years so I'm going back a place and people that are dear to me.
