    I asked Roy Shows to submit an offer on last Saturday evening. Competition is tough, and I needed it done right away. I emphasized this. He said he’d do it first thing Sunday morning. I was adamant that he do it immediately. Maybe he had an inside deal, but he didn’t do as required. Probably should have reported it to the realtors board but that’s arbitration, probably get nowhere. The perfect house was sold to someone else while I was in church. If he’s still a realtor Carney, Don’t let it happen to you. Do you have the ability to take a risk in this crazy market? I’m seeing this realtor still in the business after all this time with good reviews but I haven’t forgotten my deal which he screwed up. I’m thinking that there might have been collusion between realtors on a cash sale, but can’t prove it - but I do know he didn’t follow my instructions, deliberately insisted against my wishes and so my offer, which was higher I’m told, was never submitted.

    I reach out to Kacey when we thought we wanted to start shopping around for our first home. She immediately contacted us with Joey, as he is in our region. We had two home showings scheduled within that week. Joey helped us look at the houses and point things out to us as he would his own family. When we were ready to make an offer kasey did all the work for us and had our best interest in mind. She made negotiations on things we didn’t even think of. We were under contract within a few weeks and they worked so well with our mortgage company we couldn’t believe how easy the whole process was. Not only were they so easy to work they are genuinely good people. They are honest with us about everything. A few months after closing our family got Covid and kasey herself even reach out to us checking on us and praying. 10/10 recommend them even if you just have questions or thoughts or buying a home!
